Figure Out What to Forward

You now know a lot about both your team's skills and constraints, your project's context in terms of budget, and your proposed design expressions. Now, use the Difficulty-Importance framework in this section to map your design ideas.

As you plot your ideas on the matrics, remember that there’s a design that’s way too constrained, where you’re not solving the problem, and then there’s the scope that is so blown out that you’re never going to get to it; it’s too big. Try to remember that you want to push far enough with your design that you actually do address the problem you're trying to solve, but don't get so big that you loose sight of the boundaries your constraints helped you make around the project.

Use this Difficulty-Importance framework to map your design ideas.
